Does the Whizzy Washer really get my clothes clean?
Yes, the short cycles mimic a hand wash and by using a laundry detergent the wash will leave your clothes clean and smelling nice.
How many laundry items can the Whizzy Washer wash at once?
While the Whizzy Washer is mighty, as you can see it is a small and compact washing machine. For best results, we recommend washing the
following in one wash cycle.
- Four pairs of socks
- Six men’s boxers
- Two t-shirts
- Four baby grows
- Three tea towels
- Two pillow cases
How much water does it need for one wash?
We recommend 6 litres maximum for an optimum wash.
Is the Whizzy Washer easy to use?
Yes! The Whizzy Washer is designed to be simple and easy to use. All you need to do is add water, then your laundry and turn it on. In no time you’ll have clean clothes! We recommend reading all the instructions before setting up and washing.
How many cycles are there?
There is a 5 minute and 10 minute wash cycle and a one minute rinse cycle.
How does the rinse basket work?
Once the clothes are washed empty the Whizzy Washer of all
water. Place the rinse basket over the motor and put your clothes into the basket.
What cleaning products can I use in the machine?
We recommend using laundry liquid in the machine for the best wash. If you are using laundry power we recommend filling the machine with hot water to help dissolve the powder.
Can I use hot water?
Yes, you can use water up to 60 degrees Celsius. By law, water from a household tap does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius.
How much power does the Whizzy Washer use?
The Whizzy Washer is very efficient and uses minimal power.
It is run powered by a standard household plug and uses 36w of power. A 10-minute cycle uses less than 1amp per wash.

How long will it take to process your order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours. Over public holidays orders will be processed the next working day.
What are the delivery times?
Within Australia estimated delivery times are 3 -7 days
For expedited delivery 1- 3 business days.
Can I return the Whizzy Washer?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this product, we cannot except returns for change of mind once it is opened. We will accept returns for change of mind if the Whizzy Washer is in original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the

What if the Whizzy Washer is faulty?
If you believe the Whizzy Washer is faulty, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label to send the Whizzy Washer back and we’ll cover the shipping cost. If found to be faulty, we’ll send a replacement with free shipping.
